Hammer Heads

Hammer Heads is a 12-week comprehensive “bootcamp” style skills development program designed to train and place youth, both men and women, from under-resourced and Aboriginal communities in the GTA into registered apprenticeship careers within the skilled construction trades.

Created by Central Ontario Building Trades (COBT) and our affiliates, Hammer Heads is a community-based program aimed at bringing key industry partners together with the common goal of breaking down barriers and providing access to life-changing career opportunities in construction which were previously inaccessible.
