Steps to apply for Hammer Heads:

1. All applicants must be between the ages of 18 - 26 and reside in a priority neighbourhood or under-resourced community within the City of Toronto. Applicants must be referred through an Employment Service or Toronto Employment and Social Services. If you are not already linked to an employment service agency, visit one of the websites below to find an office nearest you:

2. Fill out an application with your Employment Coach or Case Worker.

3. Attach your resume and high school transcript.    *Minimum grade 10 education required*

4. Have your Employment Coach or Case Worker fax the application along with your resume and transcript to 416.449.5124.

Eligible applicants will be contacted for an interview.
